Learn how to plan and lead a results-oriented business meeting that saves time and money – while energizing those in attendance. It is possible to have a meeting that people look forward to attending!
In this interactive enjoyable remote workshop, topics to be covered include:

– Ten (10) critical elements of an effective meeting
– Traits of an effective Chairperson
– Common meeting pitfalls and how to avoid them
– How to manage challenging meeting participants and situations
– Creative ways to excite people about a meeting
– Knowing when a meeting is NOT needed
Participants are also offered a free follow-up one-on-one video chat with Sarah within a week of the webinar concluding to address any unique situations that they might have related to topic.
ABOUT YOUR TRAINER:
Sarah Daviau spent more than 12 years working in the non-profit world. Through her work she recognized the value of skill building, effective communication and saving time.
