Project Management Expert

Carmen Hildebrand

For over 20 years, Carmen has worked as a social worker with a focus on community education, program development and grant writing. She has also been active on various boards and began assisting both social service and arts organizations with strategic planning. In 2013 she became founding partner of OOMPH! Consulting, a 3-person collaborative, providing support services to not-for-profits and acted as Executive Director of the Cowichan Valley Arts Council (CVAC). Recently, Carmen has re-entered the social services sector, providing capacity building support for various organizations.

Volunteer Management Experts

Anne-Marie Koeppen

Is a lifelong volunteer, she believes you have to be a volunteer to know a volunteer. She volunteers with local community organizations including as co facilitator for Cowichan Networking for non-profits group. Past volunteer experience includes MacEwan University, Volunteer Management Program, Volunteer Alberta, the Advisory Council for Volunteer Centers, Leadership Vancouver Island, and Volunteer Cowichan.  Anne-Marie was honoured to receive the Diamond Jubilee and Caring Canadian Awards for volunteerism.

Cari Moore

Cari is the Director of Volunteer Fraser Valley where she enjoys connecting volunteers with different opportunities in the Fraser Valley. She has passion for volunteer management and the volunteer management cycle and takes great joy in sharing knowledge with local non-profits through training and workshops. She is also currently the Coordinator of Volunteers at the Chilliwack Museum.
