COVID-19 has had a seismic impact on volunteer-led organizations. This webinar will look at the different ways organizations are thinking about their volunteer programs and planning for new and returning volunteers to re-engage safely.
An unlimited number of participants can attend. Registration is open to all staff and volunteers from community social services organizations (of any size). Best suited for staff or volunteers responsible for managing volunteers.

The webinar will take place in advance of and will be a condensed version of the Risk Management Workshops, providing a summary and introduction to the content. Participants can register in the free webinar and the also apply to participate in the workshops.
About the Trainer
Lisa Mort-Putland has been the Executive Director at Volunteer Victoria since 2011 and currently the Chair of Volunteer Canada. Lisa facilitates Foundations in Volunteer Management and Governance: Building Better Boards, and the Grant Writing 101 and Governance 101 workshops for Volunteer Victoria. Lisa holds a B.A in Drama and Master’s Degree in Pubic Administration and works with organizations to strengthen their volunteer management and governance practices.
