You have a special GIFT and that gift is your passion. Through this workshop, you will leave with increased confidence, tools and abilities to find, approach and engage donors & volunteers with a higher closing ratio than ever before. Competition in the Non-Profit sector is fierce but with your passion and by learning these new sales skills you will rise above the rest to achieve your vision. This process is broken down into 3 steps to make it easy to understand and implement straight away.
Step one is understanding your own unique personality traits. During the course, you will complete a personality assessment in real time to help better understand ourselves, those around us and also how others may see us. From this information, we will dive into how this affects our presentations, our meetings, our relationships and our general outlook.
Step two is knowing our ideal customer/ donor/ team member/ volunteer inside and out to get the best result in recruitment plus retention. To achieve this you will complete an in-depth questionnaire during the course to create an avatar to help guide you going forward with your execution of plans. As a bonus, you will be given all the tools to replicate this process over and over again as the avatar will change depending on the end goal i.e. Volunteers will be very different to Major Donors.
Step three, knowledge without implementation is pointless. In this step, you will be given assistance to structure conversations to get the best results when speaking to your avatars or those around you. This will combine Step 1 & 2 so that you can connect all the dots and achieve success quickly.
